Cakes and Other Confections by Lori Collins

Baking is a passion of mine and creating cakes is my form of art work and self expression.  I enjoy knowing that I can be a part of someone's memories through my baking. 

Even though I love to bake, I have worked with computers for a living for over four years and have a degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston-Victoria.  I grew up in Mission Valley, Texas and currently live outside of Goliad, Texas with my husband Jason and our dog and cats.
